Breakfast Webinar: The Generationality of Work Today
We are pleased to announce that Jonathan Sheppard, President and CEO of J. Sheppard Associates, will be our guest speaker on the topic of “The Generationality of Work Today” at our virtual “breakfast” meeting on Wednesday, January 22, 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. followed by networking from 9:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Important Note: This webinar was originally scheduled for January 15th but we changed the date so that it would not conflict with the Heckerling Institute Conference to be held 1/13-1/17.
"The Generationality of Work" is a theme universal to all individuals and businesses these days. What is "The Generationality of Work"? With four generations working together, there are all kinds of challenges that both individuals and the firms or companies that employ them are facing today. Our presenter will address those challenges and offer practical, real-world solutions for all to navigate a better way forward in the 2020’s and beyond. Topics and solutions will be discussed through the generational lens in today's law firms, corporations and companies. Everything from shifting expectations in the workplace to redefining engagement and productivity, and how the generations talk to one another and talk about one another. (To learn more about “The Generationality of Work,” visit the YouTube channel where the challenges and potential solutions to the issues that firms and employees are facing in the workplace today are discussed.)
